W.R. Reese Jr. Landscaping & Excavating LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

Our estimate request form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and whatever project details you choose to write in the message field. Those fields are the only personal information this website asks you for. We do not take payment information on this site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records standard technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or search that referred you. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to limit abusive form submissions.

Third-party services we use

We use a small set of outside providers to run this website. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures page views and traffic sources using cookies. Google's privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel — measures which visits come from Facebook and Instagram advertising, where we run it. Meta's privacy policy.
• Google reCAPTCHA — checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It receives your IP address and browser signals, not your form contents, and is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.
• Resend — delivers your form submission to us by email and sends you a confirmation. Resend's privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes the requests your browser makes to it. Vercel's privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule a site visit, prepare an estimate, and communicate with you about your project. We use automatically collected information to maintain the site, measure our advertising, and prevent spam and abuse.

How we share it

We share your information with the service providers listed above, and with anyone we are legally required to disclose it to. We do not sell your personal information. California's privacy law treats some advertising and analytics cookies as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies described above may fall into that category.

Your choices

• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and browsers that support Global Privacy Control (GPC) can signal an opt-out automatically. We honor GPC signals where we are required to.
• Meta's ad settings let you control how your activity is used for advertising.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Call us at (570) 499-1773 to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and the correspondence around them for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, call us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
